Photo Story : Melalui Foto Kita Belajar Bahasa Inggris (1)

Berbagai macam cara dapat dilakukan dengan foto, salah satunya adalah untuk belajar bahasa Inggris. Foto dapat dijadikan sebagai media untuk menjadikan belajar bahasa Inggris lebih menarik dan menyenangkan. Dari berbagai sumber yang saya telusuri ada beberapa applikasi untuk belajar Inggris secara online dengan menggunakan foto diantaranya : Photo story, Fotobabble, Wordless Wednesday, PicLits dan banyak lagi. Di sini siswa dapat memposting hasil karyanya di media sosial seperti Facebook, Twitter atau membuat blog sendiri. Untuk Photo Story dan Wordless Wednesday Guru dapat juga mengembangkan media foto ini di kelas (online/offline). Foto dapat diposting di mading atau papan tulis.

Photo story adalah salah satu cara untuk belajar bahasa Inggris melalui foto sebagai media. Pastinya sebuah foto memiliki berbagai macam cerita (cerita sedih, cerita bahagia atau kenangan yang tak terlupakan atau tentang apapun, seperti hewan peliharan, kucing, burung atau lainnya). Photo story biasanya merupakan kumpulan dari 5 - 10 foto untuk menceritakan sesuatu secara visual. Untuk belajar bahasa Inggris selembar foto saja cukup.

Bagaimana cara untuk menulis Photo Story? Anda hanya memberikan sedikit deskripsi dalam bahasa Inggris pada foto yang ingin anda posting di blog atau media sosial lainnya. Kemudian anda dapat mengajak atau mengundang teman-teman atau siapapun untuk berpartisipasi memberikan komentar atau menebak sesuatu yang melatarbelakangi foto itu sebelum diambil, tentu dengan cara yang sangat menyenangkan! Anda akan merasakan bahwa anda tak terasa belajar bahasa Inggris secara bersama-sama. Selamat mencoba!

I present this topic such as tribute to my cute cat which died few weeks ago. Before her demise, she showed her talent in entertaining us. You can look at the photo above which is funny enough! So I challenge you to guess what the story behind this photo is?

Selfie : In a blanket ~

Brrr ... I wrapped myself in a blanket. I really can not stand on the cold weather in the rainy days. I attempted trying to get rid of the boredom, just a simple thing that I can do. I challenged my self to take a selfie pic like this. Do I look like a vampire? Ohh yes, ohh no! I'm sure a sweet vampire ;-)

I'll love to take a string of the English words and drop it on the picture. Lucky me! in the last morning my American friend sent the words, so I can put it on my picture here. What nice artwork! It makes my day! Thank you!
